Meet Our Staff

Pete Adkins, a 40-year veteran of the financial services industry, serves as President of The Personal Producer Network. He has been responsible for leading this sales channel since 2009 when he was President of The Agency Group for Transamerica. Pete also serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Carrier Relations for AmeriLife, which is based in Clearwater, Florida.

Jeremiah Tacker serves as the President of The Personal Producer Network. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in working with and growing both producers and their agencies. He has in-depth knowledge of a broad range of products, including Universal Life, Term and Whole Life, as well as various health and annuity products. He has been licensed insurance agent since 2013.

Previously, Jeremiah was with Transamerica Life Insurance Company where he was a leader on the sales team. During his time there, he worked with agents all over the country developing training programs to help them become experts in product knowledge. He enjoyed great success in growing agent production year over year, and worked with multiple marketing and recruitment programs to achieve sales goals.

Jeremiah graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jodi, and their three wonderful children.

Kelly Postel is a case manager with more than two decades of problem solving, customer service, and management experience. The recipient of three awards recognizing her customer service skills, Kelly is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace.

Prior to coming to The Personal Producer Network, Kelly worked for 15 years in various nursing fields, including intensive care, emergency room and critical care. This background helps her take a calm approach to any situation.

Kelly graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Iowa. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching on Netflix, but can also be found attempting to learn new skills such as playing the piano.

Courtney Boeding serves as a marketer for The Personal Producer Network. She has over four years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in a variety of complex customer service requests requiring knowledge of all types of life insurance, health insurance, annuity and investment products.

Previously, Courtney was with Transamerica Life Insurance Company where she assisted agents and their clients in various departments. During her time there, she enjoyed learning and teaching new staff members how they could best assist more agents.

Courtney graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2014 in Cedar Rapids, IA. She enjoys spending time with her children and DIY projects.

Nicole French serves as marketer for The Personal Producer Network. Formerly a Process Agent, she is a results-driven and focused leader with more than 10 years in the industry coordinating sales and marketing strategies that position businesses towards optimal growth and success.

Effective within a multitude of diverse business communities, Nicole brings internal support, market awareness, and customer-focused measurement to meet each insurance need and request. Her extensive insurance background enables Nicole to confidently answer questions and provide consultation leading to customer satisfaction and desired outcomes.

Nicole studied Computer Science at Purdue University and has certifications in tax preparation.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys time with her husband and sons; all of whom are avid Chicago Bears fans. She also enjoys spending time with her sisters, cooking, and trying out new gadgets to add to the experience. Away from family, Nicole shares her talent of singing at weddings and serving as a member of the praise and worship team at her church.

Jessica Blomme serves as a marketer for The Personal Producer Network. She brings knowledge of the industry from a previous role in the New Business department at Transamerica where she would make inbound and outbound calls, help agents through the new business process and assist them in getting business from submitted to issue as quickly as possible.

Jessica graduated from Iowa’s Marshalltown High School in 2008 and moved to Cedar Rapids the following year.

In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her son and family, and also binge-watching Netflix and Hulu programs.
